The Indiana Hardwood Lumbermen’s Association is excited to welcome you to the all new Hoosier Hardwood Festival! This celebration of the hardwood lumber industry is scheduled for August 27-29, 2021 at the Marion County Fairgrounds, located on the Southeast side of  Indianapolis!

Our three day event will showcase logging equipment, heavy machinery, chainsaws, sawmill equipment, woodworking equipment and tools! Industry pros, hobbyists and landowners can benefit from education sessions and live demonstrations! While everyone will enjoy the lumberjack shows, woodworkers, artisans, crafters, beer garden, festival food and live entertainment!

With many acres available at the Marion County Fairgrounds, there will be plenty of opportunities for your brand to engage our festival-goers in the midst of all the fun & excitement!

The Hoosier Hardwood Festival offers exhibit space from as small as 10′ x 10′ indoors and up to 1,000s of square feet outdoors for large equipment and machinery! IHLA members receive a 30% discount on most exhibit spaces. Check out our pricing list below.

Large Outside Exhibit Space details

Large outdoor exhibit spaces do not include electricity or any amenities. If you need to rent a tent, table, etc. for your outdoor exhibit, contact A-Classic Expo Design and ask for Angel at 317-716-6981 before June 1, 2021.

Marketplace Indoor & Outdoor Exhibit Space details

Marketplace exhibit spaces include electricity, an 8' x 30" table with cover, 2 chairs, ID sign, & trash box)
